Twitter’s Homepage Turns #Red for World Aids Day

Twitter’s Homepage Turns #Red for World Aids Day

In support of World Aids Day, Twitter has done a Google and transformed its homepage red to reflect its support of the RED campaign.

AIDS has killed more than 25 million people between 1981 and 2007,and an estimated 33.2 million people worldwide live with HIV as of 2007, making it one of the most destructive epidemics in recorded history.

Show your support any way you can by visiting World Aids Day.org, but you can also help out by adding the hashtag #red to the end of your tweets, which will make them turn red, literally, highlighting your support. Follow @joinred to learn more and support the cause.
