Holidays are over, it is time to get back to work and do business. There are many cool conferences coming up that you can attend. The Next Web is Media Partner of some of the best and hottest Internet conferences out there. We will be present at many of these ourselves, so if you go to one of them, it would be cool to meet up in person.
We wouldn’t be The Next Web if we didn’t ask these events for something in return for our beloved readers, so we get you a discount or in some cases we can get you in for FREE (yes, 0 euros. You owe us beer though).
Music and Bits – October 21st, Amsterdam (TNW will be there)
The first M&B was held during The Next Web Conference 2009 and was an instant success. The whole Music industry meets the online Music industry and its developers. Think Soundcloud, Twones, Hype Machine, Last.fm, the Echonest and much more. As Media partner of M&B we have some very good news for you. We’re giving away tickets for free! Just go to this page to sign up and leave a comment afterwards.
eComm – 28 – 30 October, Amsterdam (TNW will be there)
The Emerging Communications Conference covers Telecom, mobile and Internet based communications. This is the first event they do in Europe (Amsterdam) and I loved there tag line for their US conference “The Trillion Dollar Industry Rethink”. For Telco peeps a must visit, for hard core Internet savvies it could be cool as well, especially if you want to do business with Telco’s. As Media partner of eComm we’re giving away 1 Free ticket (normal value 2000 euros) AND a beer at the bar with us! So, if you want to go to eComm for free leave a comment with what kind of beer you’d buy us at the bar. We’ll pick the one with the best taste.
140 characters conference – November 17th, London (TNW will be there)
The 140 characters conferences are organized by Jeff Pulver. After New York and San Francisco the 140conf is coming to London. The conference explores the effects of the real-time Internet on Business.
Want to go? for free? Simple, retweet this post (click here) and we’ll pick one happy tweep to join us for 140conf (you accept the terms that you have to buy us a beer at the bar :))
Le Web – 9 – 10 December, Paris (TNW will be there)
Le Web is a huge European Internet conference. Always a pleasure to be a guest of Geraldine and Loic Le Meur in the beautiful city of Paris. Expect many speakers (nice line up), startups, entrepreneurs, investors, French businessmen and haute cuisine, oh don’t forget to crash the TechCrunch party (that is what we’re gonna do, as always)
You get 10% discount via The Next Web if you use NEXTWEB as your discount code (they have an Early bird now, and you get 100 euros extra discount!)
Other conferences where we’ll be present at (or want to attend) are 140conf London, Falling Walls Berlin, SXSW Austin, Web2.0 Expo NY, DLD Munich, World Economic Forum Davos, Macworld San Francisco and of course The Next Web Conference in April 2010 in Amsterdam, but more about that later on. Check also the definitive list of all entrepreneur, startup or all round web geek conferences

I would definitely go for BeerLao! :)
I’d love to join you guys at eComm! Hope you guys donate me the spear ticket. I’ll buy you guys the beer YOU want at the bar. ;-) Because the beer YOU want is the best beer. :-) I’m going for a Jupiler beer! :-)
Beer? For a ticket to eComm, I’ll bring you guys a bottle chill-filtered of Johnny Walker Green.
However, if you shun this soul-warming malt, I’ll be happy to provide you with beer from my hometown of Villach, Austria and widen your perspective on quality beer.
If your in to Ruby or Ruby On Rails, don’t forget to visit the European RubyEnRails conference in Amsterdam October 30-31th. Check ou http://2009.rubyenrails.nl
