Tried it, but real-time haven’t happened to me yet. What I’ve done is try to forward Google Reader Shared Items, which are pubsubhubbub enabled by the way.

Twitterfeed won’t tweet your post immediately after you post it on your blog because if you take a look at Twitterfeed settings, you’ll notice you can set it to update every half hour, or more, thus it cannot post real-time ;)
