This really doesn't make much sense to me. You are mixing in Twitter clients with web based Twitter services, directories, and link shortening.

For the Twitter clients you need to take a look at the daily API usage stats here:
http://twitstat.com/twitterclientusers.html

For example, TweetDeck should be #1 on this list. How many people use TweetDeck daily but have never actually gone back to TweetDeck.com since they first downloaded it.

Bit.ly and TinyURL are used daily by thousands of people who are not even members of Twitter.

And how is Flickr ranked 21st? I just typed it in Compete and it receives 28,471,044 uniques per month.

If I'm totally lost here as to how you are ranking, I'm sorry. Maybe you're counting referrals to Twitter.com? I don't know.

Interesting that Titter and Twitpic are the only two in the Top 100 according to Quantcast.

I wonder if the drop off in Twitter-focused photo sharing site like Twitpic is due to Flickr, Tumblr, Posterous and other non-Twitter-only photo services integrating more Twitter support.

Based on real traffic data for a number of large site, you will probably find the Quantcast numbers for Tweetmeme a lot more accurate. 2.6M US, though that might be a little generous.
They are not quantified, but it isn't an order of magnitude off.

At least quoting Quantcast you place the onus on a wesite wanting people to write the truth about them.

Hey Bernardo,
We are aware of the problem that comes with using the compete data (as we state in the article).
So data might be skewed or incomplete but it's the only available source for the moment.
