Do it all USB Card Reader. (If your computer hasn’t got a built in card reader, you may just want this one.)

This little bad boy card reader seems pretty nifty, assuming all the slots work.

It’s neat, small, looks like it belongs on a keyboard (not sure if that’s a selling point) and supports SDHC 2.0, SD, micro SDHC, microSD/T-flash, Sony M2, Memory Stick and MS Duo. For a mere $12, I’d test it out.
