Disagree, I don’t think it’s that bad an idea at all.
Think about how many times you’ve been in a large, busy, store and tried to nab a sales assistant who isn’t already serving someone.

Something like this is far more efficient in those kind of circumstances, and a large flagship store like Oxford street during a sale is the perfect testing ground for it.

Not a bad idea, it’s progressive. Just depends on how they use it, if they keep it up and whether it adds any value,
