With rumours of an Apple Tablet seemingly unstoppable, it’s no surprise that two blurry videos, supposedly showing the in-demand device, have appeared online today.
They certainly look gorgeous, expanding the iPhone OS to a bigger form factor and creating an interface similar to the widgets on the OSX Dashboard. As much as I’d like them to be real, I’m calling fake on these. Why? Firstly, the screen dips in when the finger touches it. Apple would undoubtedly use a hard surface like the iPhone’s glass. This looks far too much like it’s been faked using a cheap LCD monitor.
Secondly, these videos of pre-release Apple products are always fake. Anyway, here they are – make your own mind up.

Hmm, sure looks good.
Certainly fake, looks like the iPhone emulator on touch screen monitor on a regular Mac. Nice thought but if it was really Apple it would certainly be a lot sleeker than a iPhone window on a regular Leopard desktop.
