I use http://www.mopinion.nl. A Dutch based customer feedback solution. It is a lot cheaper than Kampyle and they have some cool social media and buzz monitoring features. So they also gather feedback from Twitter and Facebook.

I am looking for a tool that can give me basic feedback and cheap to run. it is hard to justify the price unless you know it will work for smaller sized businesses. One thing I would say is that they give you a 15 day trial period for free so you can judge if this will be a good investment or not.

I rather using Getingate's tool http://www.getingate.com . I started using it a month ago on this website:
http://sites.google.com/site/emmawatsonbirthday/ and it sounds pretty comparable. They just added new options for web admins so it makes it easier to manage my users.

This is old news. Getingate's Web commenting tool is the new generation of commenting tools. the tool interfaces with facebook allowing your users to publish the comments they leave on your website on their facebook wall – which increases your website exposure. In addition, the tool advertises your website in all the other websites using this tool. Compared to that, Kampyle is old school.

It's the very first time I hear of Kampyle but your review makes me wanna check it out for myself. As you said, there are many tools out there meant to provide us with the so desired feedback but not every tool gives us the same result.

I came across http://www.GrabFeedback.com . I started using it and it sounds quite comparable. I like their session level data coz that really helped me to understand my visitors very well

Give http://www.fast-feedback.com a try too. It’s a new product but pretty flexible and FREE.
