When enabled, it allows you to move your cursor over different elements on a webpage and see the html/css coding for them. Really useful for those times when you see something great that you'd like to add on your own site, but don't have the time or know-how to pull it off. Sorta like peaking in on someone in the changing room, but less creepy and illegal. Another great add-on, for bloggers, web developers, etc., is Firebug.
