Twimailer has nailed it. Quite possibly and potentially the most useful Twitter app I’ll use, don’t you just love it when someone solves a problem?
What it does? Well, instead of receiving the standard twitter follower emails, Twimailer sends you emails with complete details of all your new followers. These details include basically everything you see on their twitter profiles.
How it works? Sign up with your email, Twimailer hands over a unique email address just for you which you then insert into your Twitter settings field.

That looks cool, but i have been trying a service in private beta called topify, that also enables to follow your new follower just by replying by email and even answer direct messages from the email. http://www.topify.com
However i will also try this one when it is not down anymore
This is nice (and useful) – it would be nicer and actually *usable* if the guys would provide some terms & conditions before I hand over my email address to them.
Twimailer only asks for the email but Topify asks for both email and Twitter account.
On top of that, Topify is not even launched yet!
