
Above is the first ever presidential portrait taken with a digital camera.
Engadget have delved into the EXIF data and discovered it was snapped with a Canon EOS 5D Mark II taken on January 13th, 2009 at 5:38 pm with no flash, using a 105mm lens stopped to f/10 at a 1/125 exposure, with an ISO of 100.















I can see his hair is greying on the sides already. You watch by the end of his term it’ll be completely white!

It is amazing how unpolished this photo is. There are white dots on his jacket and even a single curly hair just below the flag pin on his jacket. All stuff that would have taken 2 seconds to clean up with Photoshop. Weird…
Should be nice to mention the photographer: benoemde White House photographer Pete Souza. He also made another series of emotional pictures.
