Given it's a beta, you have to opt in - go to the "iPlayer Labs" page linked from the iPlayer frontpage and tick the box there. They also haven't done the encodes for the last week's programmes yet. They'll be slowly going up I imagine. Watchdog and Never Mind the Buzzcocks work. Phazer Working fine for me.
