The absolute need for a product like Rypple comes from the Gen Y requirement that things happen faster. No longer will the workforce be willing to wait 6 months or a year to receive a solid review. We want to know now so that we can improve and move, NOW. Call it entitlement or impatience it doesn’t really matter because it’s the facts. Gen Y needs things to happen much quicker than our folks.
