It has been one of my most "visionary success stories" ever since they created it in 2001. I've been ordering around 50 products from MarkIT since 2004. 5+ for customer service and support. There's going to be a gold rush towards becoming the "pan-European supplier for X" and it will drive the selection up and the prices down. MarkIT still falls into the trap of localising their website to "different markets" though, when there should only be one market. Some companies are starting to get it now.
