Even with 200,000 'active' users, that's a lot of people to search for. I follow about 20 actives, 47 total and that keeps me busy. However, I wonder who I'm missing based on their simple search function.. Is there an app for finding new friends?

Another interesting stat that happenned this week is that Twitter created its user id number 16 million on Aug 26 at noon Costa Rica time, as we reported here: http://twitter.com/CostaRica/statuses/899581795 - The first user id is @jack (id = 12)
We tried to create @16million at the exact right time but a new user is created about every 3 seconds! As best as we shot, we got user id 16 million ONE. :)
