		<description>It seems like a losing battle - trying to block websites for one reason or another.  Most of the time, it just gives the website more publicity. And, in the future, it&#039;s only going to get harder block information on the web.</description>

		<description>If the same logic (opening local offices) is to be applied to all the countries that have censorship problems, big companies (or even small ones) will simply add more cost to their cost structure without any substantial benefit, i.e. traffic increase.</description>
