It doesn't come naturally. Most folk do not make money with domains is because they aren't too deeply involved in it. They take little risk and wait for luck to happen instantly or at least fairly quickly. With domains, education first, a bit of risk and then patience are all key to success. If you know for certain, without a doubt of somethings value, why would you lose it. Or, not go out there to acquire it.
