		<description>It&#039;s true, the big agencies are getting it all wrong, and they are doing it over and over and over again. There are a number of smaller companies that focus specifically on Social Media that would be a much better choice. Yet brand managers are hesitant to hire them because they feel the need to cover their a**. Or maybe they just can&#039;t find us? I suspect it&#039;s the former and not the latter.

I would argue that the evidence of the effects of social media marketing done properly is tangible. And I don&#039;t think it has a limited future. I think dinosaur agencies may have a limited future if they don&#039;t get with the program. And in the meantime I hope more brands will start researching and using some of the smaller, more specialized agencies out there.</description>
