Expertise isn’t for adults anymore, more and more teenagers are starting up their own enterprises, not waiting till they have some nice MBA, not even waiting to have finished secundary school.

The big question is not if there aren’t any benefits to this, the question remains to see if all of the consequences are quite as good as the one mentionned above.

Gate keepers might have had their autonomous functionality.

I don’t believe they would have been appointed out of the blue just like that.

I believe that all the stuff about reputation and recommandation is already a new form of creating knowledge leaders.

Logically, those new ones will take on the role the old ones did.

Society seems to need druids, scientists, experts, gurus or whatever one likes to call them.
