I just wonder if the European scene is less competitive than the US and therefore this idea is less likely to succeed? From the type of recruiters that use this method, i would guess only ~10% would do it in Europe (some do pay for flight tickets after one or two phone interviews though).

http://www.spotajob.dk/ is making something similar, this guys are now paying earlier in the process. Good for the all of us, professionals.</description>
